Damages and issues
All containers are plastic and wrapped with care for extra protection. We are not responsible for damage or lost items during delivery. 

No Exceptions  all items are  non-returnable and non refundable. 

Exchanges
For the protection of our customers, Elevyn11 doesn’t accept exchanges.
