Often times we loose ourselves for so many reasons, a job or a relationship, and as time goes on it catches up to us. I have lost myself many times and wasn’t sure when it happened or why I allowed it to happen. How I recharge daily is by cutting off the lights, lighting a candle as I relax in the shower, or warm bath. Spending time reflecting and focusing on myself. We can’t pour into anything or anyone unless we are whole and happy within. In my pursuit of peace, Elevyn11 was created to focus on the process of finding your inner zen. Our products are cruelty free and gentle on the skin. Being gentle with yourself and giving yourself grace is what we often forget to do. As we guide you through finding time for yourself, we hope you understand why self care is so important. Self care is not only bubble baths and facials,  it’s doing the inner work. As you enjoy your bath or shower, think about what makes you happy & brings you peace. Embrace that moment at the 11th minute of the 11th hour, set your intentions and manifest your desires.
